Let's start with the Big Ten (4 teams)
Oregon should be 12-0 going into the CCG (even with how terrified some people are of Washington and were of Wisconsin)--they could lose twice and still get in
Ohio State plays Indiana. Ohio State losing likely puts them at 10-2 which is in--if they win and lose the CCG they're also in at 11-2. Indiana can't afford two losses given their schedule and "national respect level" but if they go 11-1 or 12-1 they're in
Penn State--see Bama or Georgia or Bama or Ohio State--at 10-2 we're in. At 11-1 we're likely the 6 seed
SEC (Likely 3 or 4 teams)
Remaining big games (no, not every game is a big game)
Georgia vs Ole Miss
Georgia vs Tennessee
Texas vs A&M
Bama vs LSU (elimination game)
Let's say things go to chalk. Georgia wins both, Texas wins and Bama wins. Tennessee would be the 4th team but they're not looking good lately and wouldn't be a lock if they struggle with Georgia.
ACC (worst case for us, 2 teams)
Miami wins the CCG they get one team. SMU/Pitt lol/Clemson could play spoiler
Big XII (officially a 1 conference league)
Iowa State and K-State losing yesterday ended any realistic path to 2 teams. BYU isn't an at large even at 12-1
AQ (1 team)
Boise State or maybe Army with Memphis losing yesterday but Boise State is looking real good
Other (1 team)
ND--has to win out or they're out
We're about as safe as a team can be other than Oregon right now--just can't lose twice MORE--apparently people aren't smart enough to follow this without the word more attached even though it's broken down above smh
