As a kid and college student it was Bugs Bunny. We used to come back to our apartment after parties and watch bugs videotapes.

As a father I loved Pinky and the brain. I have a P&tB tee shirt I still wear occasionally.

Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle was pure genius. Simple and slapstick enough to the kiddies, but the dialogue puns and political references of its day were very appealing to the adults too.
It was really, really advanced stuff.

Bugs Bunny, Wile E. Coyote and the Road Runner, Foghorn Leghorn - just incredible brilliance.

I also liked Heckel and Jeckel, Snagglepuss ('Heavens to Murgatroid'), Mighty Mouse and the others mentioned.

Who remembers Felix The Cat on WOR Channel 9 out of New York?
