POLL: Where does CJ Thorpe play in 2019?

I think if Hansard comes back healthy, he goes back to offense. We have Shelton, Windsor, Hansard and Mustipher to battle it out, plus Barber and Culpepper. I think the OL will need more help.

I voted OL because I believe that if Penn State can develop a genuinely solid OL, the offense could be really explosive next year. Thorpe is supposed to have that "nasty streak" James has mentioned as lacking on the previous OL , so I think CJ will start at OG.

At the DT positions, PSU does return Windsor, Jordan, Mustipher, Barber, Hawkins and Culpepper. That is 3-deep there. Add in whomever James signs for 2019, and DT will at least have 7 or 8 guys from which to choose. I think both Culpepper and Hawkins were 4-star recruits by at least 1 service; by September they should be large enough to handle playing time.

I hope OL. PSU is thin both places so get Thorpe back to his best position and hopefully some redshirt freshman and true freshman can rise up

I liked him on the DL in the bowl game... seemed to have thatr nasty streak we prefer to see (when properly employed lol).

That said, I'm pretty sure the posters above got it right... we NEED him on the OL side... unless Windsor departs, in which case i'm not sure.
