Off Coord (Rahne) - young guy, prob smart, and in over his head, that is if you want a top 4/5 team
DB (Banks/Smith) - got some athletes back there, come on man
Hire a LB Coach - OK?
(BTW, if these coaches were on Saban's or Urban's staff the seat would be smoking white hot right now)
