Yeah that was my first thought too. After rewatching it again though the legs do look more like a lion than a bear with how muscular it is.
That camera phone sucks haha
There are no bears in Milwaukee, just beers and you generally find those in bars although, on occasion, you will see a bear drinking a beer and he's not in a bar, but that's usually in Tennessee where the word bear is pronounced "bar", thus leading to the confusion.

The still photo in that link looks like somebody took a pic of our Nittany Lion shrine from the rear quarter and photoshopped it in.
