I believe NCAA allocations are released either this Wednesday or Thursday and so I projected what they would be for each conference based off of coaches rank (used the one from two weeks ago even though it will probably change), RPI and D1 winning%)

By the way, huge shout out to wrestlestat who now has RPI rankings and D1 winning percentages on its website (it just keeps becoming more robust)

Anyway, below are the projected qualifiers for the Big 10 with a couple other notables who could fluctuate the final numbers depending on how the coaches rank comes out this week

125 lbs. (9 projected (all in safely); 30 CR, 30 RPI, 70% cut off)
Sebastian Rivera (Northwestern) 1 CR – 2 RPI - (22-1; 95.7%)
Spencer Lee (Iowa) 2 CR – 1 RPI – (16-2; 88.9%)
Sean Russell (Minnesota) 6 CR – 6 RPI (22-3; 88.0%)
RayVon Foley (Michigan State) 7 CR – 7 RPI (29-3; 90.6%)
Travis Piotrowski (Illinois) 12 CR – 8 RPI (16-8; 66.7%)
Drew Mattin (Michigan) 13 CR – 12 RPI (16-5; 76.2%)
Zeke Moisey (Nebraska) 14 CR – 20 RPI (12-8; 60.0%)
Devin Schroder (Purdue) (17 CR – 16 RPI (17-8l 68.0%)
Malik Heinselman (Ohio State) 30 CR – 11 RPI (21-7; 75.0%)

Others of note

Ethan Rotondo (Wisconsin) N/A CR – 23 RPI – (15-7; 68.2%) – doubt he did enough to get top 30 CR
Elijah Oliver (Indiana) N/A CR – 24 RPI (23-15; 60.5%) – don’t think he was the starter last coaches rank

133 lbs. (7 projected (all in safely); 30 CR, 30 RPI, 70% cut off)
Stevan Micic (Michigan) 1 CR – N/A RPI (13-0; 100.0%)
Austin DeSanto(Iowa) 3 CR – 3 RPI (16-2; 88.9%)
Nick Suriano (Rutgers) 5 CR – 6 RPI (20-3; 87.0%)
Luke Pletcher (Ohio State) 6 CR – 4 RPI (20-4; 83.3%)
Ethan Lizak (Minnesota) 8 CR – 10 RPI (23-4; 85.2%)
Roman Bravo-Young (Penn State) 10 CR – 9 RPI (17-2; 89.5%)
Ben Thornton (Purdue) 20 CR – 18 RPI (18-7; 72.0%)

Others of note
Dylan Duncan (Illinois) 21 CR – 36 RPI (11-9; 55.0%) – was 18th in last RPI so not sure about fall?)
Paul Konrath (Indiana) 32 CR – 19 RPI (19-10; 65.5%) – will need coaches rank boost
Jevon Parrish (Nebraska) N/A CR – 28 RPI (13-10; 56.5%) – will need a coaches rank boost

141 lbs. (9 projected (should all be safe); 28 CR, 28 RPI, 72% cut off)
Nick Lee (Penn State) 2 CR – 5 RPI (24-1; 96.0%)
Joey McKenna (Ohio State) 3 CR – 1 RPI (16-2; 88.9%)
Michael Carr (Illinois) 5 CR – N/A RPI (11-2; 84.6%)
Kanen Storr (Michigan) 6 CR – 8 RPI (21-4; 84.0%)
Mitch McKee (Minnesota) 8 CR – 20 RPI (16-3; 84.2%)
Tristan Moran (Wisconsin) 9 CR – 15 RPI (20-6; 76.9%)
Max Murin (Iowa) 15 CR – 28 RPI (12-6; 66.7%) – RPI seems low for rank in Big 10 schedule
Chad Red (Nebraska) 24 CR – 13 RPI (15-10; 60.0%) – needs to hold coaches rank in top 28 or so
Nate Limmex (Purdue) 26 CR – 26 RPI (17-12; 58.6) – needs to hold coaches rank in top 28 or so

Others of note
Kyle Luigs (Indiana) N/A CR – 22 RPI (15-14; 51.7%) – will need top 28 coaches rank which will be tough considering he split time as the starter all year
Peter Lipari (Rutgers) N/A CR – 33 RPI (10-10; 50.0%) – no real chance if RPI is correct per wrestlestat

149 lbs. (7 projected (all safe if RPI is accurate); 28 CR, 28 RPI, 72% cut off)

Shayne Oster (Northwestern) 30 CR – 35 RPI (10-10; 50.0%) – will need boost in both CR and RPI

157 lbs. (10 projected (all safe barring major coach rank changes); 30 CR, 30 RPI, 70% cut off)
Jason Nolf (Penn State) 1 CR – 1 RPI (23-0; 100.0%)

Others of note

174 lbs. (8 projected (7-9 depending on coaches ranking); 30 CR, 30 RPI, 70% cut off)
Mark Hall (Penn State) 1 CR – 2 RPI (23-0; 100.0%)

Ethan Smith (Ohio State) 19 CR – 9 RPI (15-8; 65.2%)
Jake Covaciu (Indiana) 26 CR – 13 RPI (16-9; 64.0%) – feel like this will be a tough hold of coaches rank
Joe Grello (Rutgers) 27 CR – 28 RPI (14-7; 66.7%) – needs to hold coaches rank and RPI

Others of note
Drew Hughes (Michigan State) 28 CR – 33 RPI (23-11; 67.7)
Carver James (Illinois) (N/A CR – 15 RPI (11-12; 47.8%) – can’t see him getting coaches rank with losing record
Ryan Christensen (Wisconsin) N/A CR - N/A RPI (11-6; 64.7%) – has enough matches for RPI (not calculated on wrestlestat, and could be top 10 CR but not sure how injury will change that
Johnny Sebastian (Northwestern) 33 CR - N/A RPI (6-7; 46.2%) – can’t see him keeping coaches rank, let alone improving

184 lbs. (7 projected (all safe); 28 CR, 28 RPI, 72% cut off)
Myles Martin (Ohio State) 1 CR – 1 RPI (17-0; 100.0%)
Shakur Rasheed (Penn State) 3 CR – 11 RPI (17-0; 100.0%)

Cameron Caffey (Michigan State) 16 CR – 15 RPI (27-5; 84.4%)

Others of note
Mason Reinheardt (Wisconsin) 23 CR – 29 RPI (19-10; 65.5%) – meets the minimum but the slide up took him just off the list, not surprising if it ends up being another qualified slot
Max Lyon (Purdue) 30 CR – 19 RPI (20-10; 66.7%) – same story as Reinheardt if coaches rank improves or slot moves
Nick Gravina (Rutgers) 33 CR - N/A RPI (4-2; 66.7%) – not enough matches to qualify spot
Norman Conley (Indiana) N/A CR – 32 RPI (18-12; 60.0%) – doubtful he gets a rank and RPI shouldn’t move which keeps him out

197 lbs. (5 projected; 30 CR, 30 RPI, 70% cut off)
Bo Nickal (Penn State) 1 CR – 3 RPI (22-0; 100.0%)

Here are the breakdowns for each conference. The CR, RPI, and % slid up or down so that at most 29 wrestlers were in each class just like it will be for the NCAA allocations

Bold numbers indicate that a bid is an automatic because the conference did have a wrestler qualify that spot
