You think they'd hide him in filming better rather than letting run around Belfast with the crew.

I think he'll come back and play a prominent role, but it was always obvious he'd come back for filming. There has to be a funeral scene or burning. You have to burn bodies up there. Tywin died in the final episode of season 4 and Charles Dance came back to film his funeral scenes in season 5.
