I had this same problem early in football season and only found the correct website after a call to the ticket office. This problem may or may not get fixed, per the woman I spoke with. Go for it.

I guess I am confused by you referencing it as a problem. It is just a ticket reselling site like Stubhub or Vividseats, it just happens to be affiliated with Ticketmaster, who does handle administering tickets for PSU. But it is no more official or cheaper than the other ticket re-sellers mentioned above. Everyone chooses their own price to list the tickets. I did not compare site fees, but I would assume they are probably fairly similar, since otherwise one would have an advantage and the free market would go there more often.

I stand corrected, at the top of their site they say "PSU's Official Ticket Exchange", so there is that. But I stand by what I said about the other reselling sites.
