They never bothered to cite that as a reason when they did their actions, nor did they ever publish that info (cough, cough Freeh). Its kind of hard to retroactively change the reason for firing him when they explained it to him in person the official reasons for letting him go.
Who will be lead investigator, Stink or Bushwood CC? Could be some ego clashes in that office. Of course, JimmyW could add balance. OTOH, demlion could come back and really shake things up too.
