This coming Tuesday, October 8, 2024, there will be an evidentiary hearing in Judge Marshall’s courtroom in the Centre County Courthouse Annex at 9:30 am. The public may attend, and if you are in the area this might be a very interesting morning.

The BOT is trying to remove and permanently ban Barry? This seems like a pretty clear cut case of retaliation unless Im missing something?

As nutty as Barry is......he is doing the PSU Community a lot of good by questioning the insider contracts, lack of cost managment and overall increases in tuition that Dear Old State is charging their instate and especially the out of state students........

Them throwing a hissy fit and trying to ban him from the BOT for asking questions is extremely suspicious.

It's really not a good look for an entity. With the structure of the Board already making the block of Alumni Trustees completely powerless, this wreaks of dirty politics. And there are serious needs for the University in terms of financial and academic performance, so deficiencies fall squarely on the majority block.
