Geogia-ND should be at the Peach
Texas-ASU should be at the Fiesta
Penn State-Boise State should be at the Sugar

They're not. USC would be in the Rose if they were to top seed. The SEC is just tied to the Sugar.

Agree. That's because of the tie-in. But given the choice, they will opt to avoid it.
