I think every time I have parked in Lot 12 I've been coming from west of campus and enter right by Bigler. This time I am coming from the Nittany Mall area. Is there an entrance to Lot 12 at University? I know there is a road there...just not sure if you can get access to Lot 12 from there. Also if I were coming from College Ave and going north on University, can I get all the way to that entrance or is it blocked off? This will be at 7am in case that makes a difference.
