I only started visiting BlueWhite just before last season, at that time this link was open, and I found it to be very interesting following the recruiting... Why is it now locked????

FWIW, it' not as though it was recently locked. It was locked when it was pinned atop the board, which happened on the day, or shortly thereafter, when dice posted a link to the speadsheet.
and to clarify -- it's not locked to prevent replies -- there are discussions about the spreadsheet, future lineups, and future recruiting targets, all the time. We just don't want those discussions to take place as replies to dice's post.
