Desmond Holmes, rated 3star, 5.5 and Zane Zandier, rated 3star, 5.6 are not included in Rivals PA top 25. Why?
Per the PA top 25 ratings, Zandier should be rated no worse than 16th as Noah Holmes, ranked 16th, is only rated 5.5. Further, Holmes should be rated somewhere between 16th and 22nd as Collin Smith, 2star, 5.4, is rated 23rd .
If Rivals is going to list state top 25's, top 30's, they should spend the time to ensure they make sense or don't list them at all.
