Question on parking for Pitt

Friend from work planning a tailgate with friends & her 2 sons who attend Penn State. Alas, she forgot to buy a parking ticket.

They are planning to drive up Friday morning, so too late to buy one online.

Any thoughts? Buy from scalpers?
