Josh Bell has had 3 at bats....2 official at bats with a walk in his 3rd at bat.

He has a single and a grand slam in his official at bats.

With 4 RBIs in two official at bats, Josh Bell is on pace to have close to 1,000 rbis and 250 HRs if the Pirates could get him 500 at bats.

Very impressive.

I'm surprised that you were allowed to keep this out of the "official" Pirates thread.......

Yep, can't "offend" with these Pittsburgh sports posts these days.

Yes, our Pirates threads are much more offensive and clutter the board more than the Loud Sex posts, BOD whining,....

I added a post to the "official" pirates thread that I thought the board would be really streamlined going forward now that the board monitors area combining all threads on the same broad topics such as all RIP's, all the BOD threads, all the police killing threads, etc., but my post was almost immediately deleted. This post probably will be as well. Trolls get to antagonize, babbler posters get to fire away, but a few Pirates threads get combined to appease a few whiners....

No, Bell will never make an out. In his case they will be called "temporary hiatuses (or hiatusi) from home plate."

Not sure, but I'm surprised that building in left field in SD is still standing after what Giancarlo did to it last night.

Wasn't there a time a few years back Pittsburgh inquired about Stanton, but said no when Florida asked for Marte and Taillon?
