If during the course of the Special Counsels investigation they find that Trump committed crimes during the running of his business before becoming President. Is Mueller obligated to turn over info to the proper authorities? EX: He finds that Trump was taking/laundering money from Russia in 2014. Can Mueller prosecute him for this? Can Mueller give his info to law people in NYC or the SDNY? Please, only serious responses.
