After what many were saying was an ugly start for Marques Hagans on the recruiting trail, things have bounced back in a big way in favor of Penn State recently.

-- Happy Valley Insider has also learned that 2024 WR Josiah Brown out of New York will no longer visit Georgia this weekend, as that visit is now off. He is down to Penn State or Rutgers with the Nittany Lions in the lead.
According to sources, Brown plans on making a decision on July 7th as the number seven is his favorite number, however it's possible he could get antsy before then and just tweet out a decision. Regardless of what he picks, expect the other program to remain after him relentlessly until he signs the dotted line.
