I thought the interior was nice, the film room in the basement is a pretty cool idea (I'd drink beer and watch Penn State from one of those recliners). Can't believe a guy with some level of fame/notoriety was living with literally no yard, I couldn't do it.

As an aside, where'd Franklin ever buy a house? O'Brien was in Boalsburg as I recall, and literally everyone knows about Joe's rancher.
