For me -

Beau - last shot and he deserves one

Kerk - epic upset

MM - best all season needs to close

Barr - denies Iowa and AJ a title

Levi - just seems like a great guy to root for

Tyler - warrior closing out great season

SVN - want him to get one but weight doesn’t excite me

Luke - winning as frosh is cool

Davis - win as #8 epic plus denying Ayala would be bonus

CStar - 5 timer isn’t a factor for me. He got his.

Good topic and list.
I've been saying Beau is the guy for me all season, I just want it for him.
Love the reasons behind Kerk, MM and Barr. Can't really argue w/ any of the ordering, other than to say I'd have CStar above Davis (but I do want Davis to AA bigtime though, so hopefully we get 10). 5-time champ is pretty special, I know the circumstances enabled it, but w/ guys we've seen try for 4 (Spencer), winning 5 is really, really hard .. heck, he almost had it robbed from him last year.

Beau. Lost 2 years up weight . Last chance .
MM. Dominated all year . Classy kid
Tyler. Local kid, injury that could linger.
Levi. If he won he deserved it in that weight
Cstar. Being a 5 timer and connected to PSU
SVN. Total class
Kerk, Came back when he didn't have to
Barr. Undersized underdog
Luke. If he wins this year he gets a chance at 4
Davis. Certainly would be shocked

I'm not gonna rank em', but Beau and LL for me. Beau simply deserves it, and LL is fun as hell to watch. if he and Beau win....who has the greatest lightweight room in the country?😉 Great topic, Levi is right up there with those 2 for me. Always finishes with that big smile.

Levi- My personal fave and sweet revenge over KOT
Carter -D10 here
Kerk -I hate Steveson, there I said it
Beau-Had it and lost it, last chance, and possibly the happiest wrestler I've ever seen
Tyler-PA Love
LL-cant win 4 if you dont win the first
Barr-see LL
MM-see LL
SVN- missed what was gonna be his best year IMO
Davis - Would be the youngest looking champ ever

I like Beau and SVN the most followed by Levi. Somewhat optimistic that they both have a chance and not as optimistic that Levi can beat KOT .
Should say that I like Kerk a lot but the one thing I am most certain of is Gable winning the championship

Hmmm....this is difficult, I want them all to win,. and many will :)

Kerk (that would be a massive upset), Levi (revenge on his loss to KOT), and then SVN (love his style). BB is right behind (So likable and a team player, but his style frustrates me at times...he'll really have to open it up to do this).

1. Levi - lost with exceptional grace last year. And I bike thru his home town routinely.
2. SVN - I like the quiet guys.
3. Kerk - who cheers for Goliath?
4. Beau - quirky is fun
5. MM - my favorite on the team
6. Barr - a bigger version of mitch who I’m looking forward to and want to have a shot at 4
7. Tyler - love the power and want to see a shot at 4
8. Luke - hasn’t “inspired me yet but want to see a shot at Spencer four
9. Carter - love that he came back, college could use more of that, but he can kinda be a dick
10. Davis - wish the best for him but damn he frustrated me and somebody has to be 10 I guess.

Levi won last year, but yeah lol

For me, it would be Kasak so it would further cement his spot as a 4 year starter at PSU and ppl would stop assuming guys like Duke, etc will eventually bump him out of the lineup. Also, been saying he was one of the most underrated PSU guys at the start of the year.
I love kasak he's my favorite wrestler he won me over. A lot of people wrote him off so to speak then he went on that huge run last year. He is so freaking good at mat awareness and just lets it fly. Hkm and Levi and messinbrink are a great run in the middle

This is a “which of your kids do you love more?” question. I want all of them to win- but if I had to choose just one (I know, not the poll) it would have to be BB. After that, I would never be able to give you the same order twice.

Messenbrink deserves it the most and seems to be the most dominate wrestler in the Nation.

No doubt we want all to win. But I am pretty sure if we could only pick one in Nico’s year… that was the one most of us wanted. For me it is for the most part the guys who don’t have one yet. Plus anyone who might pull a big upset to win one.

It’s ok to have favorite “players” on a team imho. I wanted Saquon to get a TD in the SB… but didn’t bemoan all the others!

Yeah I don't really have any issue with this at all. I'm guessing that if Braeden was a senior then he would be at or near the top of most of these lists. Actually, I fully expect him to be up there in a few years. This is more about "who has one last chance" or "who do I want to finish a great year" or "who do I want to knock off a hated rival". 133 is a jumbled mess with no huge favorite and no DeSanto or Suriano-type villains.

I'm sure almost every person here is pulling hard for him, but there's just no huge story line for Braeden this year or at 133 in general so it/he just doesn't get the same attention.

I’ll go further, to a much darker choice Lion fans only shudder, tug hair, and run screaming from:
If only one Lion is to win an NC this year, who would you pick?
For me, it’s Beau all day.
The young man embodies a “joy of life” you wish existed in all folks worldwide. Best thing is, that won’t change even if he falls short. Besides, all our guys yet to win a natty have time that our amazing, one-of-a-kind, breath of smiling, fresh air doesn’t.
If only one, it's Beau. All. Day! . . . and not even close.

If we are to believe the Ono rumors, then why wouldn't we root for Davis as if this is his last year?

That doesnt help hahaha
Even without Ono: doesn't Davis' task get a lot tougher next year when Crookham returns?

I'm not about to say he'll never beat Crookham. But the "he has more time left" argument doesn't really hold water for any of our guys (not just Davis). Nagao had more time left last year too, right?

Yeah, and Duke might beat out Kasak.

Mitch might get hit by a truck

This could be every guys last go in theory

Carter- Only time it can be done, can't waste it

Everybody else is equally a hair behind him.
That's fair though I think soon others will have a shot. I'll add this, so far we only have 7 four-time winners since we've had four years of eligibility. If they just give you five for some reason I think we will have fee five timers .
