FLO (specifically Andrew Spey) has their predictions (these are NOT rankings) out for 133. They have RBY making the round of 12 but not AA. Gomez (also a freshman like RBY), however, makes the top 8.
There are a lot of nuts for RBY to crack in order to make AA this year. Can he do it? He will face Micic, Parker, and Pletcher during the year, and he may face Fix and/or Gomez at the Southern Scuffle. He also may see Lizak and/or DeSanto at Big Tens.

I felt that 133 was one of the weaker weights last year. This year it could be one of the tougher. IMO, a returning AA like Pletcher could have a hard time repeating.

Lizak is a bit of a one-trick pony and Pletcher isn't real exciting, but neither guy gets enough respect IMO. I think both guys AA. I think Arujau makes AA as well, and would drop either DeSanto or Gomez, probably the latter.

Round of 12 for RBY is fair at this point.

It really is. Even if Fix ends up going 125...Suriano's comp weight this year hasn't yet been announced, so he could end up taking his place.

I have--he is huge for 133--I will even go as far as saying in my mind--less then 50% chance he makes 133---may seen him RS this year-- or Less RS and RBY to 141--im just saying I think it is possible.

I think Teske, Teasdale and RBY would be a good first 3 weights. Then Nick Lee could follow Zain's path. It's pretty amazing to think about, but Nick Lee's freshman year was actually better than Zain's in terms of bonus wins - 25 vs. 15 (if I counted correctly).

This makes sense to me. Give Nick a RS year to get stronger and grow into 149. Teske is a natural 125. Teasdale and RBY won’t have an intense cut and we should still be pretty dominant. That not having to cut as much come tournament time has to be gas in the tank.

I feel pretty strongly that Gross will stay at 133 for his Senior year. Wilson going to 141 would not shock me......he is a long 133. Obviously.....Gross has proven that he won't duck anyone......even at 141 That is why so many root for him.

Track's weight management feature indicates that RBY certified under 141 pounds while fully-hydrated. I am guessing that 133 should be comfortable.

Interestingly enough, PSU's presumed biggest cutters (Cenzo, Teasdale, Berge, Rasheed) have yet to certify.

Did Rasheed gain a lot of weight over the summer? I heard that last year he was walking around at around 192 during the season. A pull to 184 shouldn't be that bad.

Yeah, I just never believed Shak on that one. Not until I see a weigh-in sheet. Do I believe the stories about brownies and whole chickens? Sure. He looks like a lean kid with a really fast matabolism. But I find it hard to believe he was 192 when that was probably close to the weight he pulled from at 165.

Same as I consider the Zahid’s interview about walking around at 178. Wrestlers can be quite vain about weight. Most people don’t want to be regarded as large for their weight class.

Shak looks nice and lean in his Instagram pic, so I imagine he’s on the right path to 184

If true, that's a dramatic culture change from back in the day. In high school and college, any exaggerating we did about the size of our cut was in the direction of making it seem bigger.
