The guy is busier than a one-armed paper-hanger. But hearing how he sees what he has, and where progress is being made, can only whet our appetites. And lets face it, he doesn't have many warm-up games to get things right.
My first impressions of him were that he's a surprisingly laid back guy ( deferring to CJF), so when I heard one players comments that he is "intense" caught me by surprise. But in a good way.
