This is a big-time win against a premier SEC team that is not elite this year but always a tough out at their place.
Sean was masterful. The young tailbacks lived up to their billing. The OL played decently. The D was tough in every phase of the game. All in all, everything came together and had the feel of a breakthrough.
A 29-point win against an SEC blue-blood in their stadium is a very nice way to go 3-0. Gary Danielson was already talking about the showdown in Ann Arbor in mid-October...two presumably unbeaten teams in a game that is looking big indeed.
I think we need to give Clifford and Franklin some credit here. I saw people on the reddit game thread bitching about the smallest crap while ignoring a 4 touchdown win against a team we were favored by, what, 3.5 against?
