The East Division has 5 teams ranked in the top 20 recruiting classes:

2: Ohio
4: The Good Guys in Blue & White
15: UM
18: MSU
19: Maryland


The West Division's highest ranked team:

31: MINNESOTA
(on the other hand, I'll note that few teams do 'more with less' than Wisconsin year in and year out).
