I caught up with Virginia Beach DE Jordan Williams last night.
He'll be returning to Penn State for the Michigan game in a few weeks, but the main reason I'm posting about him again is because I believe he could make a commitment to Penn State before most other 2017 prospect. I don't think it's coming anytime in the near future, but I believe PSU is a clear favorite right now. He's going to add quite a few offers now that everyone is beginning to learn about him, but both Jordan and his parents are really high on Penn State. A commitment in the spring wouldn't surprise me one bit.
