I caught up with Union, N.J., 2017 DE Mike Tverdov this week.
I posted an update on him during the season. He was supposed to visit PSU for the Army game, but due to the weather, his game got moved to Saturday, so he was forced to postpone that trip.
However, Penn State continues to show a lot of interest in him. Right now, I think he's a prospect that they'd probably like to see at camp first, but I wouldn't be surprised if he got an offer before then. I wouldn't be writing about him if I didn't think he had a real chance to get an offer. I've spoken with contacts about him a few times. The staff is very interested.
