Recruiting: 2018 DB Kwantel Raines

Class of 2018 four-star safety Kwantel Raines of Aliquippa has visits coming up to West Virginia, Pitt and Penn State over the course of the next three weekends. I caught up with him last night to discuss those trips, along with his most recent scholarship offers.

Raines also said he's got a close eye on Penn State's top-ranked recruiting class.
