I was originally going to save this update on Dae'lun Darien for tomorrow, but since some colleagues of mine posted an update this afternoon, I decided to just post this now.
A few things to note:
1) Instead of an in-home meeting, Darien, his mother and high school coach went out to eat with both Franklin and Spencer today. He didn't elaborate on it too much, but made it clear that everything went well.
2) He's taken two visits to PSU already, so this weekend will be his third trip to PSU.
3) He's telling me that he'll go home before making a decision, but from talking to colleagues and contacts, there are quite a few people that think it's just a matter of time before he's officially a Nittany Lion, so I'm not ruling out a commitment before he leaves campus.
