Rivals is only assigning stars to the 2018 prospects for now. Theyll rank the top 100 come July, once we get past all the camps and seven-on-sevens this summer.
DE Micah Parsons earned an early four-star rating, which I agree with. I think there's a very good chance he'll be a five-star by this time next year. Rivals just wants to see how he progresses. There's only five five-stars total so far. The total number will be closer to 30 when it's all said and done, so Parsons has a great chance. It'll likely come with time.
