Four-star safety Sherrod Covil visited Penn State for the first time Saturday. I still believe PSU has work to do here, but a few of the schools above PSU have targets higher on their board. For example, he's at Ohio State today, but I know they have a few guys ahead of him. Clemson is about to host him for a visit next weekend, but that's another school that has him down the board a bit. Notre Dame appears as if they'd take him, so I could see the Irish ultimately being PSU's top competitor if nothing changes elsewhere.
