Recruiting: Introducing 2017 stars from the Mid-Atlantic

Only a handful of the top prospects in the Mid-Atlantic have already committed but the large majority of the highest rated players remain open. At the link below Rivals' Adam Friedman lists some of the players you’ll be hearing about most as we head into the heart of the off-season, most of whom hold Penn State offers.
