Short tells me that Arizona, Arizona State, Cal and Oregon are the schools out front right now, but he is interested in a few of his offers outside the Pac-12, and PSU is one of them. He likely wouldn't be able to visit until his officials, but he's leaving the door open for that, especially if his relationship with the coaches continues on the pace that it is.
