I confirmed with contacts today that Farrell, Pa., LB Malachi Newell will be taking an official visit to Penn State this upcoming weekend. We don't have a profile on Rivals for him, but his film is below. I'm going to do my best track down his contact info this evening.

I just learned that Camp Hill QB Michael Shuster will be taking an official visit to Penn State this weekend. Penn State has offered him an opportunity to be a preferred walk-on, so that may be the same deal with Newell. I actually thought preferred walk-ons weren't allowed to take official visits, so I need to double-check on some things here.
Shuster was going to be a preferred walk-on at Michigan as an athlete, but he really wants to play quarterback, which is what PSU offered him as. His film is below.
