I believe our program is on track for a major reversal of fortune this season. . The O just needs reps as a unit and overall experience. Im encouraged by current talent and abilities of the coaches.
The D needs bolstering in maybe one or two positions. The coaches seem to think we have depth if not experience along the DL. But the LB corps may be one or two injuries away from problems. And those guys have had their share of injuries in the past.
I think this team is on the verge of good things, but the level of fan excitement would explode if we could sign 1-2 5 star type LBers in the next class or two. Im remembering when Lavar arrived. The place was pumped. And after him, several more really outstanding LBers arrived on campus. It is who we are, so having a great LBer commit would get us the depth and recognition needed to rise up the rankings.
