Recruiting: Penn State offers 2016 Rutgers commit

Our friend Bobby Deren at ScarletNation.com is reporting that 2016 three-star WR Taysir Mack of Brooklyn (N.Y.) Grand Street Campus has picked up a Penn State offer this morning. Mack committed to Rutgers over the summer in June.

He's also currently considering Indiana and as of last check, has an official visit planned for Bloomington this weekend.
