Recruiting: PSU joins the hunt for 2018 QB from Arkansas

Hear from 2018 QB Connor Noland of Greenwood (Ark.) about the offer from Penn State he received Tuesday at the link below.

Noland is quickly rising up recruiting boards, as Arkansas offered a couple days ago and interest from Michigan State, LSU, Oregon and Florida is heating up. PSU got in earlier than most here and he seemed to really enjoy his talk with Moorhead but this one is going to take a lot of work.
