Brown's been in contact with the coaching staff (Terry Smith) since he moved from California to Virginia recently and he's also just re-opening his recruitment after a November commitment to Arizona State. Nebraska and Michigan State seem out front at the moment, but he does seem intrigued by PSU after checking it out for the first time. Thing is, he said he's still waiting on an offer, and camp might be an option this summer
