Four-star DT Naquan Jones of Evanston (Ill.) is expecting Sean Spencer and Bob Shoop to visit his school today.
Jones recently named a top six of Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, South Carolina, Penn State and Wisconsin. He also set a decision date of June 5. Jones has yet to visit Penn State, but has built a strong relationship with Ricky Rahne over the past few months and he told me that Spencer and Shoop have begun increasing their contact recently as well. In fact, he said all of his top six schools have begun making a stronger push.
Jones still doesn't have a date scheduled to visit PSU, but said he is "still trying to plan it" with the coaches. He's anticipating that he'll talk about that some today. I'll check in with him again afterward.
