Recruiting: Two 2017 offers on Saturday

Both OL Riley Locklear and OL Joel Honigford landed offers from the Penn State coaching staff on Saturday. Locklear was actually on campus Saturday, so I'll reach out to him on tomorrow to try and learn more.

As for Honigford, he informed me that he plans to visit Penn State next weekend, Feb. 27. He'll then go to Pitt the following day, Feb. 28.
