Just spoke with contacts about two new names to keep an eye on in the coming days. I still need to learn more about both.
The first is DT Keyshon Camp, from Lake Gibson in Lakeland, Fla. Camp informed my colleagues earlier this week that he doesn't plan to take an official visit to any schools this upcoming weekend, but I will reach out to him again this evening to try and learn more on PSU's interest.
The second is DB Anthony Johnson from Euclid H.S. in Euclid, Ohio. I believe Johnson is in the same boat as Sir Patrick Scott, but I need to learn more. I wouldn't be surprised if one or both of them were to pop up on campus this weekend, but I believe the staff wants to see what happens with Hamlin and some other prospects before they hand out another offer at defensive back. But again, I need to learn more. I was only able to confirm names during my conversation today. I'll reach out to other contacts tonight to try and learn details.
I linked film for both below. Camp's film is first, Johnson's film is second. I believe Johnson's highlights are from his senior season, but he decided to name it "Lock Up!" instead of senior highlights. I have when players do that. haha. I don't know who's advising them, but that's never a wise move when coaches are trying to get a good look before digging deeper.
