With offer in hand, Virginia LB eyes return visit to Penn State
- This is an offer I've had an eye on and one that Franklin's wanted too. He visited May 21 and was informed that the coaches were going to evaluate a couple other LBs and come back to him about an offer. Maryland and Virginia Tech were his top two, but he told me after that visit that PSU would become his top offer if he were to get it. I'll catch up with him again soon
