I'm thinking advertising to the ENTIRE Penn State Alumni & Assoc... and offering PERKS to people who sign up and donate to the NIL FUND... $100/year get a FREE yearly membership to "Happy Valley Insider" & monthly raffles, $1000/year gets free tickets to all sub tier PSU sports games, and a raffle to ONE Football & BBall game that they can choose which one they want... $10,000... $100,000... etc... USE your imagination !!
