Judge drops 1 of 5 charges against Trump-Russia dossier source, in blow to special counsel Durham | CNN Politics
A federal judge on Friday threw out one of five charges against Igor Danchenko, the primary source for the infamous Trump-Russia dossier, in a major setback for special counsel John Durham's investigation.
The Durham investigation was going to expose a Deep State conspiracy greater than Watergate. Durham took 3 years. His first trial garnered a single conviction of a low level FBI attorney who was sentenced to probation. The second trial resulted in an almost immediate acquittal. Now in the third trial, 4 of the 5 charges were thrown out by the trial judge prior to the final charge being sent to the jury. One of the results of the trial was to "out" an FBI informant. The FBI has stated the loss of this informant has harmed national security.
