Because of the COVID exception for 2021 most will be back. Heck, Carter is a 2x NCAA Champ with 3 years of eligibility left.

Who all does Michigan lose? If I read it right just about everyone? Who is 2nd next Ok. ST.?

Assuming RBY returns and Gable Steveson does not, then RBY, Starocci, Brooks, Dean and Kerk should alone post more points next year than second place Michigan scored this year.
Then sprinkle in Howard, a 141 lb Bartlett, Van Ness and Facundo/Edsell.

After witnessing what happened to his mates this year, I wonder how committed Lee will be to a return. If he still has Olympic aspirations, going through another grueling year of college wrestling wouldn't be the best recipe for success.
His tweet yesterday: "This whole weekend of wrestling just reiterates the fact that folk style is garbage and I’m a “top” guy." leads me to believe he's having 2nd thoughts.

Yep. Not just on the points you score in doing so, but in the points you keep everyone else from scoring.

I imagine this week he'll get a talking-to from Coach Brands about controlling his emotions, and how his public comments will get scrutinized if he represents USA at the Olympics or if he becomes a coach.
I agree with this but what if we redshirt Brooks and Dean drops to 184 and Beard at 197?

That makes sense but who is going to have that talk with Coach Brands first? Watching that post-finals video was excruciating. He made every mistake a first year coach might make in it. Every time I see the guy I think about words a mentor said to me when I was a first year coach. He said, “Son, if you feel the need to work out your issues on the kids, get yourself a therapist. This should be about the kids.” Seems like no one ever had that talk with Brands.

I'd say the Lions are a lot more banged up than anyone knows... Except maybe Roar and he's got everything locked in the vault...
Anything is a possibility. Short of an injury I am not sure I see a whole lot of motivation for Aaron to take a RS though.
I could see a ORS in ‘24, but yeah, dont see one next year,and surely he wont take both.

He's right, and a lot of people here need to get themselves therapists. Because rather than celebrating our team's victory, a lot of people are hell-bent on working out their issues on him.

Very black and white thinking. Most people can do more than one thing which in this case is celebrate our victory and recognize the Brands have zero class.
