Here he is stating that the CIA planted the Anthrax on Tom Daschle and Patrick Leahey because these were the two main Senators standing in the way of The Patriot Act. He said that this anthrax was traced back to Fort Dietrich, which is the only place where this strain of anthrax was manufactured. Five years ago, I would have said "bullshit" but this is the kind of stuff that sounds true.
When we see what the FBI (who uses the Patriots Act to get FISA warrants on a daily basis, illegally) and the CIA, it all starts to add up.
