Rising, falling in latest Rivals' position rankings

Quinn Nordin takes the top spot as the nation's No. 1 kicker in the latest Rivals.com position rankings. It's the first time the kickers have been ranked.

Miles Sanders remains the No. 1 all-purpose running back.

Connor McGovern drops to the No. 2 center as FSU commit Baveon Johnson makes the move from OG to C and overtakes the No. 1 spot. Couldn't all be sunshine and roses for the Penn State commits, right?
