The smoke has settled and it appears that Penn State has 2 main recruiting targets left: Elijah Conliffe and Tariq Castro-Fields

Other Possibilities: Castro-Fields (105), Conliffe (105)
Long Shots: None
- If Penn State can somehow take two more players and land both TCF and Conliffe, they would finish with 20 players and a points total of 2158. This should be good for 14.75, so somewhere around top 15.
- If PSU can only sign 1 more player and finishes with 19 players, it will certainly hurt their overall recruiting class ranking (top 20 players are counted, so only having 19 essentially makes one spot a "0"). Even with only 19 recruits, PSU would still be a pretty good lock for top 20. In fact, the average suggests that they would fall around 17 or 18.
A lot will depend on who sticks around after the bowl game. We'll see how it all plays out.
