PSU cornerback commit Zach McPhearson is still rated a 3*** player but was upgraded from a low 3star (5.5) to a high end 3star (5.7). Perhaps Zach will make it to 4star status the next time around. He jumped up to the number 23 cornerback in the country. I have no idea where he ranked before..... 50...60....????
