Some of the stuff he gets away with in high school won't work in college. Then again, he won't be playing QB on the next level. That being said, he has elite athleticism, especially his quickness. I will be sorely disappointed if we can't land him in the next class.
AS to the first part of the question, I can't say for sure who he reminds me of. He has a slight build, damn good speed, and crazy elusiveness. It will be interesting to see what an S & C program will do for/to him weight-wise.
