Rokfin?

How does one contact Rokfin?
I ordered it a couple of months ago. I see 14.99 coming out of my credit card every month. I cannot sign on, and Rokfin has no phone numbers to contact.
It has a message for help with your sign on, but they apparently don't bother responding to those requests. I've been waiting 4 days for a response from Rokfin and I'm ready to cancel an account I can't use.

Anyone have any ideas how to get through to these people?

Have you tried resetting your password, so you can log-in & cancel? There's a 'forget password' link on the sign-in page (see image below). If that doesn't work you can always call the credit card company & block that charge from going through in the future.

yes, I've been through the above screen. I've used the "Forgot Password" link. Rokfin ignored my requests.

I will cancel through my credit card, but first I'd kinda like figuring out why I can't sign on.
